To help customers select the correct VPS service for email-related workloads, we have clarified our SMTP Port 25 policy.

Outbound SMTP Port 25 is open by default on HostViber Unmetered VPS plans in all currently available locations. On regular VPS plans, Port 25 is permanently blocked and cannot be opened on request. Customers who require direct outbound SMTP connectivity should therefore choose an Unmetered VPS plan.

For dedicated servers, SMTP availability may vary by provider, plan and location. Please contact our sales team before ordering if Port 25 is essential to your use case. Customers remain responsible for complying with our Acceptable Use Policy and all anti-spam requirements.
